Book a Visit

Due to our Monastery’s isolated location we require the following information before we can receive you. Please be sure to read the visitor information before booking a visit.

Unfortunately, the monastery is not currently able to accommodate people who are wheelchair users: the paths are rough, and every building has steps leading to it. We are not experts in catering for allergies so you’ll need to keep an eye on us!

(We can pick people up at Stiperstones and occasionally from Shrewsbury. If you have a 4x4 you can drive to the monastery. If coming by car you will need a lift from The Bridges Pub, Ratlinghope. http://thebridgespub.co.uk/) Do not park at the Hollies Farm.

What do you want to achieve when you are at the monastery? (For example: Time to pray alone, reading, confession, learning new services, test vocation etc.)

Do you have any skills that may be useful during your stay with us? (For example: Singing, chanting, reading, serving, cooking, cleaning, data entry, filming, gardening, embroidery, sewing, concreting, laying paths, building, using a strimmer / chainsaw, prosphora baking, making jams and preserves, candle making, incense making etc.) What can you teach us?
